MediTrust — Explainable AI Healthcare Risk Prediction
Spring 2026
Full-stack AI healthcare platform for cardiovascular risk prediction with FastAPI, React, and PostgreSQL. Built and evaluated Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and XGBoost models (ROC-AUC 0.87) with SHAP-based explainability for clinical decision support. Containerized and deployed on AWS with GitHub Actions CI/CD.
Campus-Objects — Multi-Class Object Detection
Fall 2025
Collected and annotated 3,000+ campus images across 8 object categories in COCO format. Built an end-to-end LW-DETR detection pipeline with transfer learning, data augmentation, and hyperparameter tuning, achieving 0.71 mAP@0.5 on validation data.
Snap Tune — AI Music Recommender
Spring 2025
Multi-modal AI application that generates contextual music recommendations from user-uploaded images using BLIP captioning and GPT-based mood inference, with real-time Spotify API integration deployed on Streamlit Cloud.
GeoAI Flood Detection System
Fall 2025
Semantic segmentation for flood-affected zones using attention U-Net on Sentinel-1 SAR imagery, with Grad-CAM visualizations for interpretability.
