Five-phase progression, ascending: Phase 1 Stabilization, low load, controlled speed, control as the primary quality. Training phases are selected according to the person, goal, movement quality, experience, and training context. They are not a race to reach the final phase.
Frequency, intensity, duration, exercise type, enjoyment, total workload, and progression must work together.

Weekly load, high to low: Wednesday lower strength is the highest load day, followed by Monday upper strength and Friday full-body training. Tuesday mobility, Saturday handball or conditioning, Thursday walking, and Sunday rest carry progressively lower load, with Sunday the lowest.
